Most orders shipped same day if received by 2:00 pm PST.
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout
process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and
pack the order for shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for
orders cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. For rackets
that have been strung, you will be charged the cost of strings plus labor
if an order is cancelled even if the item hasn't shipped out yet. Your
understanding is greatly appreciated.
CREDIT CARD VERIFICATIONS
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the
billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company.
If the billing address on your e-rackets.com
order differs from the billing address on your bank's records, your order
will be declined and will not be processed until this is resolved. Please
verify that your information is correct and notify your credit card company
to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally,
we do not have the capability to validate funds or billing addresses on
cards issued by foreign banks.
Customer/Purchaser/Cardholder/Principals/Etc. all agree to personally
guarantee payment on all purchases, including any collection/attorneys
fees that may be incurred by us in order to collect on any purchases made
and any and all fees relating to same. Customer agrees to all terms and
conditions as listed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We only offer Global Express for all international orders.
• Not a guaranteed service. Global Express Mail™ (EMS) items
are not insured against delay in delivery. Neither indemnity payments
nor postage refunds will be made in case of delay.
• Can be tracked on the United States Postal Service® website
or by calling 1-800-222-1811.
• Insurance (for merchandise) is provided automatically up to $100.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to change prices. Every effort will be made to fill
your order, however, many items are seasonal closeouts and limited and
maybe sold out before your order can be filled. We apologize for the inconvenience.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Our e-mail list is completely private! We do not sell or rent our
list and use only for the purpose of soliciting our customers.
SHIPPING
Shipping charge is $8.99 for orders up to six pounds within the continental
United States. (Hawaii and Alaska shipping cost additional depending on
the weight.) Any orders over 6 lbs will be charged an additional shipping
charge. Charges vary for express shipping and other weights and/or
shipping methods. Shipping charges subject to change without notice. Shipping
of $13.00 will be assessed per case of tennis balls or racquetball balls.
Orders shipped within California are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Out of
state customers are responsible for state and local sales tax in accordance
with local tax codes.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase, if qualified.
Original invoice required. Returned items must be in original condition.
We cannot accept items that have been used, worn or without original tags
and packaging. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization

All sales final on clearance and special sale items. Unstrung rackets
that have been strung and pre-strung rackets that have been play-tested
and any products that have been worn, used, altered or installed, as well
as any products without original packaging or showing any signs of wear,
are used and cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
Customers wishing to make exchanges are required to pay postage.
CREDITS
Orders placed with a credit card will be credited back to credit cards
where applicable, provided return meets all stated requirements. Orders
paid with a check or money order will be issued a credit where applicable,
provided return meets all stated requirements.
WARRANTIES
Product warranties are with the manufacturer and must be handled directly
with the manufacturer. e-rackets.com does not handle warranty
claims. Terms and duration of warranties vary. Different manufacturers
have different definitions of "worn out," "defective"
and "reasonable wear and tear." For more details on manufacturer's
wear warranty terms and conditions, please see the warranty cards packed
with the product or contact the manufacturer.
** NOTE - Babolat provides no manufacturer's warranty on Babolat-branded
tennis racquets sold through e-rackets.com.
