1.) Why can't I
find Nike shoes and clothing on your site?
Some manufacturers
allow us to sell their products in the retail store only, face to face,
but refuse to allow us to sell their products over the Internet or shipped
directly to the customer by any means. This is Nike's policy.
2.) Your prices are so low, my local pro shop says it's because
you sell "fakes" and "seconds." Is this true?
For years,
our competitors have lied to their own customers in order to justify why
their prices are higher than ours. No lies here. We have been in business
for 36 years providing excellent service and genuine brand tennis goods
at competitive prices. Your approval and satisfaction of all products
is 100% guaranteed.

I’ve been in your retail store, The Racket Doctor, and seen that
you usually have all the newest frames and shoes in stock, but I don’t
always see them on your site. Why?
Most manufacturers
set policies that restrict us from advertising or selling over the internet
because our prices are too low. Several manufacturers will not even allow
us to mention that we carry certain products, even if we don’t quote
our low price. Of course sometimes, we just haven’t gotten a product
up on our site yet, so if you don’t see what you’re looking
for, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service Department. We have
the largest inventory anywhere.
4.)
Do your products carry manufacturer warranties?
Except
for rare instances, in which we clearly state NO WARRANTY on a product,
all of our products come with the same manufacturer warranties that would
come with them if you bought them from another retailer.
5.)
When will my order ship?
Most
of our products ship within one business day of the order. Orders placed
after 2pm PST will ship on the following day. Please note that we do not
ship on weekends and Mondays.

What are my payment choices?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card & Money Order.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
8.25% sales
tax for California residents only.

Can I return an order?
NOTICE:
Returns will not be accepted unless it has a Return Authorization Number.
You must email or call our Customer Service Department to request a Return
Authorization Number (RA#).
All returns/exchanges
must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must
be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging
materials, warranty cards, manuals, tags and accessories. Returns/Exchanges
may be refused if the merchandise doesn't meet the conditions required
for Returns/Exchanges. In the event a Return or Exchange is refused, the
merchandise will be shipped back to the customer, and the customer will
be responsible for the shipping and handling charge.
Rackets that
have been strung can not be returned.
Returns
may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
9.)
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can
be canceled by emailing Customer Service at erackets2@aol.com,
prior to payment processing. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
You must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) via email or by calling
the Customer Service Department at (323) 663-6595 as soon as the package
is received.

What about shipping and handling charges for international orders?
International
shipping and handling charges vary according to order and destination,
so contact our Customer Service Department. There also may be duties and/or
import taxes charged by your country's customs department when the item
is delivered. Payment of these extra charges is the sole responsibility
of the customer. These taxes are not included in your e-rackets.com order
total. These charges vary by country and by the value of the item(s) being
shipped.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information
will be emailed to you after your item ships. You may also find out the
status and tracking of your order by clicking here FIND
MY ORDER (make sure you have your order number handy).

How do I get a coupon?
From time
to time, e-rackets.com offers discounts and coupons. These coupons and
discounts are emailed to repeat customers who have signed up for our newsletter.
Because our coupons are constantly changing, we cannot send coupons to
customers who request them. Sign up to receive our emails and take advantage
of these savings!
